The NZS391X suite of contracts, such as 3910, 3915, 3916, and 3917, underpins much of New Zealand’s construction industry. Each contract has a specific purpose, scope, and risk profile, yet many practitioners only ever gain exposure to one (often 3910) and remain uncertain about when and how to apply the others.
